Shipping options

You may choose standard shipping depending on the items in your order and your location. As your orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, tracking may not be available every step of the way.

Shipping address

Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address. But certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered. Merchandise partners may also indicate in the product listings that they are unable to ship products to P.O. boxes. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

Shipping time and cost

1) After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see the estimated delivery time and cost for shipping on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message that will outline the estimated processing time for your order.

2) The warehouse may take 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.

3) You'll receive a shipment notification message that will provide you with the estimated delivery time for each package once it is shipped. We will also provide you the tracking number when it is ready. You can view this estimated delivery time under each package in your order history at the same time.

4) In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.

Issues regarding delivery

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately and within 90 days of the order date.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your purchase on Quickermark fails to meet your satisfaction, you could qualify for a return and refund by adhering to the straightforward process outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

I. Access your Quickermark account on Quickermark.com or the app to request a refund. For those without a Quickermark account, click "Save your Order" in the Quickermark order email to initiate a return.

II. Locate the relevant order in "Your Orders" and click on the "Return/Refund" button.

III. Choose the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason. Depending on your chosen reason, additional order-related information may be required. Once provided, click the "Next Step" button.

IV. If a return is unnecessary, proceed to select your preferred refund method. Opt for a Quickermark credit balance or a refund through your original payment method. Make your choice and click "Submit."

V. For items requiring return, select your return and refund preferences. Upon submission, a return label will be provided for your convenience. Enjoy free return shipping on your first return for any order within 90 days of the purchase date.

VI. Consolidate all return items into one package, affix the provided return label, and send it from the nearest Post location.

VII. Monitor the refund status of your item(s) on the order details page or via Quickermark's SMS/Email/Push notifications.

4. Can I request a return for any product purchased on Quickermark?
Most items bought on Quickermark are eligible for return and refund, with a few exceptions:
- Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene sticker removed.
- Items labeled as non-refundable.
- Certain free gift orders.

5. What is the timeframe for making a return?
If an item qualifies for return and refund, you can initiate the return within the 90-day window from the date of purchase. Ensure that your return package is dispatched within 14 days after submitting the return request within this period. Any returns outside the 90-day window, calculated from the purchase date, will not be accepted.

6. Refunds
I. Refunds for returned items will be processed after receiving the items and completing a quality inspection.
II. For refunds related to missing or undelivered items, choose the appropriate reason when selecting "Return/other help" or consult with our customer service for assistance. The tracking information from the carrier determines whether an item was delivered.
III. Refund processing time varies depending on your financial institution, taking 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to be credited to your original payment account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Quickermark error, and insurance costs, if any, are also non-refundable.
IV. Opt for Quickermark credits instead of a refund to the original payment method for a quicker process. Quickermark credits never expire, cannot be reversed once processed, and can only be used for Quickermark purchases.
V. Advanced refunds may be granted based on your shopping history and at our discretion. If the returned items are not received, we may charge your original payment method.

7. Refund Timeline
After issuing the refund, additional time is needed for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the provided table for specific details.

Important Notice

I. The sender's address indicated on your package is NOT designated as the return address. Sending your return package to this address may result in delayed processing. Kindly ensure that you send the return package only to the address specified on the provided return label.

II. Take care to exclude any unintended items from your return package. If, by mistake, an incorrect item is included, please reach out to Customer Service. We cannot guarantee the retrieval and return of misplaced items, and we do not retain or offer refunds for such items.
